Food taster task incorrectly unavailable based on Cupbearer task requirement

Description​

The second Food Taster task, food_taster_court_position_task_ear_to_the_ground, is scripted to only be selectable if you have vassals with the Courtly stance. The entire is_valid_showing_failures_only block appears to have been copied directly from the second Cupbearer task, cupbearer_court_position_task_collect_tallage, which is about Courtly stance vassals (it even has cupbearer_court_position_task_collect_tallage_tt as the tooltip localization key). The Food Taster task has no relation to Courtly vassals, so I think this is an error.

Steps to reproduce​

Look in the 00_food_taster_tasks.txt court position tasks file, lines 70 to 79.
