for those who cant play online

there is a free program that makes it possible to play online without configuring router and/or disabling firewall. I couldn't join any games or host myself before i tried this, even although i have forwarded ports on my router and done everything the guide said.

The program works by creating a fake IP that it uses to communicate between the different computers. Users can create they'r own networks that stores all the IP's and makes sure these can communicate between each other. The result is that all the computers get connected in a sort of fake LAN and can play by just creating a normal LAN game instead of ValkyrieNet or direct connect.

I urge everyone to trying this out, dont be sceptical, it really works very well.

Btw i have created a network called worldnetwork(password:world)for any HoI 2 and DD players who decide to check this out.

I also use hamachi, and I encourage you all as well to take advantage of it.

Using hamachi, it is quite easy to maintain a stable playing group AND get through those annoying router problems that pop up from time to time.

Ok i downlaoded it and used your network that you said but how do i even play and if there are other networks with alot of players on them please tell me i really want to play. i need a step by step guide to how to join a game once network is in.

Its really easy; in essence, hamachi simulates a LAN connection, so when you want to play have someone host under LAN and then join through LAN.
