Well that is interesting because no one has Armageddon 1.3. Only 1.2 is available. Perhaps you mean HOI II 1.3 or HOI II Doomsday 1.3? If you have Doomsday you can upgrade to Armageddon 1.2 though it will cost you $5.
I suggest you do that because no one is really playing the others a lot these days, except for the HOI II Doomsday 1.3, which has been modified with the Multi-player Enhancement Module.
