Forming Gaul

A rare little situation, but if you make one of the Galic tribes a republic, then form gaul, the populist faction gains an automatic 20% for too much peace.

Also formation of gaul resets all trade routes.

I imagine the second is because your nation (Aedui, Aulerci etc.) has ceased to exist and is replaced by Gaul.

I thought as much myself, it's annoying and might not be something to keep hanging around if not too much trouble.
