We have decoded the message sent by the FLN in Washington:

"Luis Enriquez, you are instructed to acquire passwords for the AARPA computer network. A courier will arrive shortly to pick up this information.

- Raquel Enriquez"

I believe we need to find the Hacker before we recover the passwords. If the Hacker gets away then the FLN and Cartel can attempt this again at a later date and we might not be able to stop them that time. As such, I suggest we redirect our focus from the FLN and against the Cartel

Interrogation update:

Enriquez, Luis appears uncooperative. More invasive methods of interrogation will be attempted, however it is advised that further intelligence be drawn from elsewhere, rather than rely on Enriquez.

NOTE: Enriquez is now a dead end. Choose between Kingston, Washington, San Juan, or some other lead.

- FLN Safehouse was unknown in Washington, so several cars were tailed from an address associated with the Colombian Cartel.
- Cars lead to Dignity Battalion safehouse, which was searched with warrant for location of FLN safehouse. Woman identified as "Josita Valdez" taken into custody, but without evidence linking her to plot she had to be released.

No casualties taken turn raid of FLN Safehouse. Heavy firefight outside FLN compound meant attention from local and regional press. Reported as anti-narcotics operation.

- Enriquez, Raguel, arrested.
- Under interrogation Enriquez revealed she sent a message to Ramona Valdez of the Amazon Cartel, whom she contacted to act as the principle hacker in the AARPA operation.
- Further information cannot be gleamed from Enriquez, Raguel.
- It is highly probably the rest of the conspiracy now know of our awareness. Fast action is required to arrest the remaining conspirators.

What is the next course of action?

((OOC: We didn't detain her under circumstantial evidence? o_O))

My advisement would be to make the arrest of Ramona Valdez.

((If the game says we can't detain her we can't detain her. Chances are she's unrelated anyway.))

As for arresting Ramona, you're going to have to be more specific. We don't know where she is and so we need to dig deeper into what we do know.))

I suppose a raid on Kingston would be the only real lead about now.
