OOC: I would add Randyll Tarly to that list. One of the best generals, and worst fathers, in Westeros, one of the Tyrell's major bannermen, and as a bonus a badass valyrian sword.
I'm not sure how it would play, but if Tyrion is playable then in theory I'd say Littlefinger would qualify as well, and he's in a great position for intrigue.
For dornish houses, I'd pick the Daynes.
The murder of Lord Eddard Stark at the hands of King Joffery weighs heavily upon my heart, a man of his position and reputation deserved much better. I, Yohn Royce, send my condolences to Robb Stark and his family for their loss, as do I pray for the safe return of Arya and Sansa Stark. A peaceful resolution at this point doesn't seem possible, thus do I declare that House Royce shall stand by the decision of Lady Lysa Arynn to come to the defense of North against the unjust attack by Stannis Baratheon. I, hereby, accept the appointment to Lady Arynn's council as well as command of the Vales forces. As well as offering myself to Lady Arynn as a possible suitor to join our house, providing further stability for the Vale during the regency for Robert Arynn.
While i am flattered by the noble Yohn royce's offer of betrothal, Marriage is the farthest concern of mine during these turbulent times, perhaphs once the war is over I shall find who amoung my my many suitors is the most worthy, although when the time comes his loyal service will not be forgotten. up until that time comes he shall doubtlessly help stabilize the realm through his advice in my court and his bravery on the battlefield.
on a sadder note the vale gives its sincere condolances to Lord Royce over his son Waymar, who has yet to return from his trip beyond the wall. he died in the defence of the realm and protected all that we hold dear.
-Lady lysa arryn of the eyrie, regent of the vale, warden of the east
((I have to say, I am loving the RP in this game. Stannis standing behind the crazy actions of his red priestess, Lady Lysa's rejection of Royce's proposal... This is shaping up to be an awesome game. Keep it up folks!))

My Lords and Ladies of King's Landing. I, Tyrion Lannister, have been sent by Tywin Lannister, Lord of Casterly Rock, Warden of the West and my dear father, to act in his absence as Hand of the King. I shall strive to advise my nephew, Joffrey Baratheon, First of His Name and true King on the Iron Throne, in these times of trouble.
Castellan, I shall need food and lodgings for my retenue. *Points to Chella of the Black Ears* Make sure you don't let her touch your ears though!
As a loyal bannerman to House Lannister, I would like to express gratitude and best wishes to Lord Tyrion Lannister in his stalwart defense of King's Landing. The moral support of the brindled boar is behind our Lord Tyrion in his noble endeavor. May the Seven bless him.
So, the incestual young cub is advised by an Imp? I'll leave it to the bards to sing this tale.
In less ridiculous news, my appreciation goes to the Vale, for fighting against the heresies of Stannis. While I still insist you join us against the Lannisters as well, this support is an appropriate first step. Tonight, we feast for House Arryn in Oldtown!

It is truly curious. We had heard that when the Bastard defiled the Iron Throne, he had himself proclaimed as of the Royal House. Yet from every dispatch, we hear only the name of Lannister. The terrible Tyrin Lannister is invested as the Bastard's Hand. When he cannot balance his duties with the suppression of the rebellious peoples, he delegates Tyrion Lannister in his stead. Meanwhile, the Kingslayer - also of Lannister - is made Lord-Commander of the very body he mocked when he first turned against his liege-lord. Is every office of state to be stacked with Lannisters? Are these Seven Kingdoms merely a fiefdom for this infamous family?
Nonetheless, We wish all our fortune to the Imp in his new posting. The Seven themselves could not fetter the madness of the Bastard. What hope does a half-man have?
~ His Grace, Renly of House Baratheon, the First of His Name, King of the Andals and the First Men, Protector of the Realm
The attack on White Harbour won Stannis no friends, least of all Lysa Arryn of the Vale. With King Stannis's army still in the North, the Eyrie's forces planned to take Dragonstone with a force of 5,000 Valemen. Despite calls of protest from the Lords of the Vale, as many wished to stay out of the bloodshed of the Kingdom and remain in ownership of their heads, the Knights of the Vale respected the bonds by marriage between the Vale and the North through the Tully family. Moreover, some of the more ambitious Lords believed they could usurp Lordship of Dragonstone for themselves. The army set sail from Gulltown, prepared to take the fortress - currently only defended by a skeleton garrison. It was considered an easy victory, and would have secured the Narrow sea for the Vale.
That would have been the case if the Vale fleet of 35 had not encountered Stannis's fleet of 150 that was blockading the Blackwater basin. Needless to say, Dragonstone did not fall to the Vale.
Knowing that they had not a single chance against the larger and far superior fleet of King Stannis, which had both wind and positioning on their side, the fleet, along with the 5,000 Knights of the Vale on transports, were captured and taken as prisoners for Stannis. This was a pleasant surprise to King Stannis, has he suddenly, upon returning from the North, found himself with a significant bargaining chip against not only the Vale, but possibly the entire realm. Only five Vale ships returned to Gulltown, bringing news of only defeat.

((Had to spare Yohn from this because... yeah. Not a good day for the Vale.
Sorry for not being around as much as I should be, this will change in the next turn.))
