Yes, the Western Armed state is a great threat to the safety of the people on the regions currently occupied by them, New England however is sadly in no position to threaten their corrupt and oppressive regime, with a leader who sounds like an american Stalin!
I'll be also recognizing the Susquehanna Partition as the borders for the region, and hope that my claims on the New English regions will be respected.
Lastly, i'll be announcing that i will be opening 20.000 spots on the New English army, i hope our patriotic people will join our ranks in the next weeks.

OOC:This looks like colonial times now in the 1500's on the east coast. Meanwhile on the west coast WW3 is going down.
How are we a threat to the safety of the region? We are stabilizing a region that had previously been controlled by mob rule. We are only punishing people that are enemies to the safety and stability of the West. Furthermore, I am just as much an enemy of Communism as you or any other American is.

Here is a summarry of my forces: 70,000 armed land units, 10,000 marines and naval crew. 40,000 are conscripts: average equipment, average morale. 20,000 men are volunteers: average equipment, high morale. 10,000 are national guard: high equipment and morale.
25,000 men are to march north, securing Louisiana and Arkansas. 25,000 men are to march east, securing Mississippi. The national guard and 10,000 volunteers are to stay in New Orleans, constructing fortifications around the city. 50% of factories are to be geared towards building naval forces. To answer the Alaskans , we claim the former States of Arizona, California, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, Texas and Wyoming.
I declare that New England does not recognizes the Armed State of the West and considers it a disorganized warlord state, we will support any kind of attacks against its regime and will attack any kind of ship or airplane flying their flag should they enter our airspace or national waters.

OOC: The only states giving him population and industries is Texas and California. The rest he could well do without and still remain quite powerful.
