Thanks for a thoroughly entertaining game, Cheef! I enjoyed rebuilding Bulgaria in the aftermath of the Twelve Months' War (if Italy was the only real "winner," then I think Bulgaria classifies as the only real "loser"), and since we didn't make it to 1912 (when the last Bulgarian reparations were due), I'm going to count this as a win for God-Emperor Racho Petrov.
