The Treaty of Peace Between the Allied and Associated Powers and the Ottoman Empire (Treaty of Sèvres, 1920)
I Anatolia
§1 The Ottoman Empire will recognize the independence and the borders of Armenia, compromising of Eastern Armenia - the Republic of Armenia - and of Western Armenia, also known as Wilsonian Armenia. The exact borders are in the addendum.
§2 The Ottoman Empire will recognize the independence and the borders of Kurdistan. The exact borders are in the addendum.
§3 The Ottoman Empire will recognize the independence and the borders of Georgia. The exact borders are in the addendum. Armenia and Georgia will address their borders issues later on, in a bilateral treaty.
§4 The Ottoman Empire will cede parts of Eastern Anatolia to Greece and will renounce any claims it may have to it. The exact borders are in the addendum.
II Thrace and the straits
§1 The Ottoman Empire will cede Western Thrace to Greece, and will also cede parts of Eastern Thrace to Greece, with the city of Çatalca/Chatlja being on the border between the two countries, and being the westernmost city under Ottoman control. The Ottoman Empire will renounce its claims to these territories.
§2 The Dardanelles will always remain open to any ship, civilian or military, without distinction of flag. These waters will not be subject to blockade, nor will hostile actions take place in these waters. The Council of the League of Nations will be allowed to change these dispositions.
§3 Ottoman Eastern Thrace will be and remain demilitarized.
III Levant
§1 The State of Greater Lebanon will be created as a French protectorate. The exact borders are in the addendum.
§2 The Kingdom of Greater Syria will be created as an independent state with Faisal ibn Hussein at its head. The exact borders are in the addendum. However, so as to ensure stability in the region, its foreign policy of this state will be jointly retained by France and Great Britain for a duration of twenty years, in accordance with Syrian wishes. They will also be allowed to own military bases in Tartous for France and Homs for Britain. The Kingdom of Greater Syria will not seek to expand its borders and will recognize the borders as presented in this treaty.
§3 The Kingdom of Iraq will be created as a British protectorate with Abdullah ibn Hussein at its head. The exact borders are in the addendum. The Kingdom of Iraq will not seek to expand its borders and will recognize the borders as presented in this treaty.
§4 The Kingdom of Kurdistan will be created as a British protectorate, with Zeid bin Hussein at its head. The exact borders are in the addendum.
§5 Palestine will be administrated by Great Britain as a colony. The exact borders are in the addendum.
§6 The Sinai peninsula will be to the Sultanate of Egypt.
IV Arabia
§1 All signing parties will recognize the Hashemite state as the sole rightful state in Arabia, except for the states of Oman, Muscat, Yemen, Kuwait and the Trucial states.
V Reparations and minorities
§1 Ottoman Empire will owe reparations to Armenia and Greece for the acts of oppression committed by the Ottoman Empire against Greek, and Armenian populations. It will also recognize the acts of oppression committed against the Assyrian people. These reparations will be determined in 1921, according to the Ottoman capacity to pay.
§2 Population exchanges will begin between Kurdistan, Greece, Armenia and the Ottoman Empire, with Kurds from the Ottoman Empire being relocated with a compensation to Kurdistan; Greeks from Armenia and the Ottoman Empire being relocated to Greece with a compensation; Armenians from Greece, Kurdistan and the Ottoman Empire being relocated with a compensation and with Turks from Greece, Armenia and Kurdistan being relocated to the Ottoman Empire.
VI Claims
§1 The Ottoman Empire will renounce all its claims outside the borders specified in this treaty.
§2 Greece will recognize the Italian ownership of the Dodecanese and of Rhodes.
VII Army size
§1 The Ottoman standing army will be limited to a maximum of 96 000 men, with no aviation and its navy will be limited to small ships under 14 000t, with no submarines or aircraft carriers. The Ottoman Empire will not be allowed to conscript its population.
VIII Peace
§1 After the signing of this treaty, peace will reign between the Ottoman Empire and the Allied and Associated Powers. As such, no hostile actions will be undertaken against any of the signing parties while the present articles are being enacted.

The Soviet Union claims liberation from the shackles off the tsarist regime, they say that now comes the time for the people to shine and so do we.
The Democratic republic of Georgia is the way the Georgian people have cast off the shackles of the Tsarist regime, and i must ask the Soviet Government in Moscow to come to terms with the people of Georgia, to follow the path they have chosen, to allow grant the People their decision, not return to the replace the Tsarist idea of exploiting the peoples of this world for his personal favor and amusement, but to exploit the peoples of this world for themselves, or for the russian worker.
The Democratic Republic of Georgia has stood firm, free and proud for those first two years of its existence, and whilst memory of tsarist opression still exists, we do not bear grudge against the russian people, who aided in the defense of the orthodox faith, and even more so, disregarding religion, the georgian people.
But now, the menace of the turk, which once forced the Georgian people to give up its independece is no more, and there is not a reason why the Georgian People should place themselves below the russians once again.
The bloodshed in Poland has been significant, and we doubt that the Russian people wish for yet another period of conflict, and to finally come to rest after 6 years of struggle.
It is our honest belief that, for her contribution in defense of Russia, and for the good of Russia itself, they should finally recognise the independence of the peoples republic of Georgia in all its territories and we hope, that the Russsian Soviets not only wish for the good of Russian worker, soldier and farmer, but in the improvement of conditions also for the Goergian worker and farmer and grant them their will

We now stand free of the Communists from the North, and the Turks to the West. We have survived an attempt to murder our entire nation, our entire people. We now face a grave crisis, one that threatens to divide us between the Communists and Turks and end in the death of our entire people. We must face foes on all sides. We must stand against them. But we are not alone. With us stand the Republic of Georgia, our close allies in the Caucasus. The great French Republic and the British Empire have also lent their support in the name of our cause. We also must make our peace with our Kurdish neighbors, for they have suffered under the same regime we have suffered under. They shall be our allies, not our foes. With this in mind, we shall sign the Treaty of Sèvres.

We must not simply wait for Western protection, however. Their forces must first cross the Anatolia, whilst our enemies advance further every day, seeking our complete destruction. If we are to survive this great crisis, we must fight. We will fight. We will fight for every child, every family, and every village. We shall fight for every soul who perished in the genocide we have faced. We shall fight for the holy cause of freedom, and the sweetness of liberty. It will not be an easy fight. Everyone shall sacrifice, and many shall die. It will be bitter, and the soil of our land will be flooded with the tears of mothers whose sons have died to defend our nation. They will not die in vain. They will have died so all Armenians can live free under a banner of their own. We shall make this sacrifice at the altar of freedom with tears and anguish, with anger and fear. But this sacrifice will be so that our children, and their children, may live in peace.

Arise and push forward a better future. As the old system and its noble harbringers only brought war and misery based on some dynastic calculations it can't be allowed to foster upon the ruins of Germany once more. As we were brought down by the military dictator Hindenburg, who nearly sacrificed us all for ill-celebrated military glory, we now have to head in a future free of such megalomaniac madmen. While Germany was brought low by the nobility from within and the jealous haters from outside, we now have the chance to drive forward a new beginning.
Never again we shall be opressed, either by those who think to rule on ridiculous "birth rights", nor by those coming to money and power by exploiting the common man and soon not even those scum who want to enslave us for all eternity while they hold the world in their yoke, the imperialists fiends of England, France and America. Thus I call upon you my brothers and sisters. Unite against the mad princes, the moneyhoarders, the fiendish imperialists.
