[Military] Continued strategic bombing upon industrial centers on Latin America

[FAILURE]: The United States of Latin America is proving to be a highly defensible territory as a wide variety of land based defense installations keep vigil over large stretches of coastline and sky whilst ensconced by rugged terrain, and the Panama Canal affords the USLA's navy easy access between two oceans. Combined with the country's geopolitical chokepoints, the UNAS' strategic bombing campaign isn't quite achieving the desired effect.

Diplomatic: Offer to send arms to the UNAS.

Diplomatic: Send a treaty of good will and mutual helping in anti-terrorism policies to the UNAS.

UNAS accepts these gifts greatly.

[Military] Bomb targets of great importance to USLA

[SUCCESS]: As the UNAS bombing campaign continues against the United States of Latin America, the Supreme Commader's orders become even more questionably motivated as he orders his generals to "bomb targets of great importance to the USLA". An advanced B2-e bomber is dispatched to a Bacardi manufactory in Belize and efficiently levels it with a small payload of smart bombs, thus destroying one of the largest producers of rum in the southern hemisphere.

Domestic: Run an open election campaign to allow european citizens to freely choose the new UE president.

OOC: I will somehow use this decision and its sucess/failure with a little rpg choices, is it ok? Somehow using the results and decisions as a more or less long term election campaign when using my domestic orders, and finally having some personality as the president who signs the EU orders.

[Military] Sink USLA naval ships in a concentrated effort to get ready for an invasion along the coast. Submarines armed with cruise missiles and torpedoes are to target destroyers, cruisers, and carriers. Air support from ground-based air squadrons will assist in ASW operations with frigates.

[SUCCESS]: Europa's citizens can now directly elect their favoured candidates to the office of European Chancellor through a complex system of intranational parties, whereas before the leader of any European country could be elected as Chancellor by the EU Council in a closed election.

Sounds good.

Sounds good.

OOC: Fine, from now on I will follow this "event chain" when trying to earn domestic points. However, if you think im overextending, please tell me. Now I will give another Domestic Command...in case of failure, can I ask not to lose all this election history at once? Something like dissent, coalitions, breakups,etc...could allow me to continue with the story when giving domestic commands.

Also, id like to remind that im not trying to make any political statement with the candidates list, I just tried to make a somehow wide list to enlist almost all ideologies from all over Europe, guessing in what political Hearts of Iron Category each leader would suit.

Domestic: Begin the inscription process for candidates for EU Presidence.

The European continent is about to hold its first true free presidental elections in history. All over the continent, political parties close alliances
and give support to their candidates. In this first stage of defining the candidates that will definitely run for charge, different ideologies appear,
and even candidates of simillar ideology will fight for power. Before the inscription process is closed, some candidates seem to get more media focus:

DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATES

Social Conservative: Nicolas Sarkozy (FRA)
Market Liberal: Herman Van Rompuy (BEL), Angela Merkel (GER)
Social Liberal: Tony Blair (UK), Recep Tayyip Erdoğan (TUR), Lech Walesa (POL)
Social Democrat: Javier Solana (SPA), Peer Steinbrück (GER)

RW AUTHORITARIAN CANDIDATES

Paternal Autocrat: Silvio Berlusconi (ITA)
Fascist: Marine Le Pen (FRA)
National Socialist: Nikolaos Michaloliakos (GRE)

MARXIST CANDIDATES

Left Wing Radical: José Bové (FRA)
Stalinist: Aleksandr Lukashenko (BLR)

[FAILURE]: French anarcho-liberal candidate José Bové of the party European Collective delays elections by inciting protests insisting that the electoral commission not be assembled by the EU Council but independently and on a more localised governmental level.

Am I allowed to make another order while waiting for the target of a diplomatic order to respond?

Yes, your target country hasn't responded within 24 hours so I think it's reasonable for you to be able to issue another command.

Domestic(?): Demand that Mongolia be annexed by the Russian Federation, and threaten to use military force.

OOC:Also, Lord Dalek, I would assume that your order is not being put through because, if successful, it would cause the USLA to lose the game, while my diplomatic offer could allow them to survive, so The Bishop is waiting for them to accept or decline my offer before putting yours through.

OOC: That was not a proper order, and I interpreted it as such, hence why I did not respond.
Furthermore, due to work on other parts that has kept me from this game, I would like to solemnly state that I shall be leaving it.

Domestic: Try to launch the elctions in time by recognizing as valid electoral colleges collective farms and agrarian syndicates propierties, always with presence of European observers.

[FAILURE]: The UNAS' campaign of aggression against the USLA culminates in a naval and aerial battle that is enormous in scope. Battles are initiated on both sides of the American seaboard as the UNAS exert superiority in sheer firepower while the USLA apply their latest countermeasure and radar technologies on all fronts. Eventually both navies practically neutralise eachother, however the USLA eventually manages to secure the majority of its coastline. With diminished capacity for war on both sides, either nation is now at considerable risk should their next course of action prove unwise.

Not domestic in the sense of the game's rules.

[FAILURE]: In order to minimise the opposition from far left wing and authoritarian parties, the parties associated with the leading democratic candidates plan to merge and deliver a single candidate come the next election. Fundamental differences between the policies of the social democrats and the market liberals, however, have lead to various incompatibilities on which compromises have not been reached, thus delaying the signing of the document until a later time.

OOC: Perhaps it's time to announce the winner of this election, then you put a character name to your nation!
