Be advised, all inter-state travel is restricted unless authorized. The upcoming map shows where symptoms of the plague have been reported. Those in the Green Zones are to remain vigilant and report any signs of the plague. Follow direction from local authorities and adhere to containment procedure. Cross state travel is now restricted. Residents in the Orange Zones report to your nearest evacuation center for containment screening and evacuation. Avoid any contact with those who exhibit signs of infection - high fever, bites, glassy eyes, aggressive and non-responsive behaviour. Red Zone inhabitants barricade yourselves indoors and await rescue.
The current map of Forest City. Note that only the major roads are shown, and many side streets exist within the city blocks. The actual peninsula where Forest City is located, St Ignace, Michigan, has been made into a much broader landmass to accommodate the size of Forest City. Over 300k people call Forest City their home.
Expect the Forest City Emergency Communication Forum, or FORCOMM to come online tonight. As it does, keep in mind the following factors...
- This game takes place in real time, using standard eastern time, it is nearly 5: 15pm in Forest City at the time of this post.
- The internet is down, along with communication with much of the United States and the world.
- There is still power and running water in Forest City. A defunct Coal power plant still stands in Mackinaw Industrial Park, with few of it's components in tact.
- Forest City is currently drawing power from Presque Isle Power Plant 135 miles to the North West.
- A water pumping station a few miles to the north drawing clean water from Chain Lake.
- An Exxon Oil Refinery, currently shut down, has the capabilities to refine oil into fuel. The depot is empty however, with only enough fuel to supply the city for a week.
- A tanker with enough oil to supply Forest City for a month of fuel is docked at the port.
- Oil wells north of the city provide a trickle of oil per day, only enough to sustain 10% of the population.
- A functional steel mill stands in the Industrial Park, capable of being supplied by the abandoned coal mine.
- An abandoned coal mine north of the city has limited supplies of coal and iron.
- Scattered groups of refugees from the eastern seaboard have begun to cross the Mackinac Bridge.
- D.C. has fallen and the president and his cabinet are in an undisclosed location. The National Guard are now under the direct command of the POTUS.

Bio: Captain Miles Hudson of the U.S. Airforce was flying an ordinary evacuation run towards the West-Coast to deliver refugees to a U.S. Army from which they'd be taken by helicopter a few more drops before getting to an Aircraft Carrier awaiting there arrival a mile or so off the coast, however, a minute after lift-off, one of the passengers turned and attacked the crewmen. As all hell broke lose on the helicopter, Hudson drew his service side firearm and took down four before his co-pilot began firing, still being in downtown, their helicopter was flying un-piloted and it crashed into a large office building, ripping the helicopter in two, with the front end miraculously sailing through the office building's window and lodging itself into the building, while the rear half with crew and passengers plummeted to the street below in a large explosion. Upon inspecting his co-pilot, he found that part of the propeller had lodged itself through the frame of the cockpit and through the co-pilots chest, killing him on impact. Quickly leaving the burning wreckage with all military supplies that were still operable, Hudson began his journey to find the National Guard base nearby.

Our start went off without a hitch. We set sail approximately at 5:15 today(which, I would like to note, was more than 2 hours BEFORE the mayor's announcement, so we are not going illegally), and in the four hours have made a great deal of the way. Making good speed, we are coming upon the Erie Canal in about an hour, and if we make it past there we can hopefully make it to the St. Lawrence River and out to the sea. The morale of the crew seems high as we continue, bright for the future. If we can make it through the Erie Canal, then on out it should be wide open, far from the zombie infested shore. So far it has been uneventful, but the sunset currently is very beautiful, and the landscape is calm, but a dread is over all our hearts, like the waiting for the plunge of a storm... may we reach our destination without harm.

The fifteen attackers were killed after the firefight was over. When the smoke settled he loaded up all the guns and his squad members dead bodies and decided to drive back to Forest city to get his fellow squad members a proper burial and further orders.

Bio: Stevie was the former Forest City representative of the Korean mob untill the chaos broke out. Making most of his money manufactoring and trafficking mephadrone aswell as distributing methamphetamine and pharmasutical pills in Forest City. To launder his money Kwong soon had to buy out the cities waste management company, buy several liqour stores and laundromats aswell as invest some of his ill gotten gains in war bonds and shit like that.
Stevie is well armed, dangerous and uncooperative, he only thinks of himself.
