Nice AAR so far, but will the Russians be able to deploy their ''Siberian Troops'' quickly? If those divisions from China show up you might get in a lot of trouble...have you modded in that the Americans can launch nuclear attacks? I thought that in basic Armageddon the nations did develop some kind of nuclear weapon but would never bomb anyone...

I bet these successes will be leaving the Barbarossa Generals red in the face.

I cheated and loaded p the USSR save game. Theres 60+ divisions in the western pockets with several hundred advanceing westward from China

Arya 126. No its not ended. I'm gonna get hit hard.

Timmie 0307 I didn't mod the game but I was playing through as the USA and switched over to the FRG once Japan was defeated and I was able to release the FRG so it wasn't a pupet anymore. I built the nuke reactors but I thought the AI wouldn't use them. I wanted to release the Ukraine as a puppet and once winter kicks in they would have a few more units for me once summer rolls around.

Tommy4ever. The Barbarossa generals got a bit further in the Ukraine, but didn't capture Moscow.

The biggest problem is supplies. I don't have enough IC to produce enough to go around. I'm gonna have to trade for them on the open market. Any supply saving tips are welcome. Ground the airforce, stop moving so many divisions, release military control over AI countries? Any tips and tricks.

The Americans really hate the USSR. Thats 4 so far.

2 months into Operation Bismarck and the FRG troops continued to advance across a wide front. Bundswehr units spearhead the attacks while the Americans guard the flanks.

Overall deep progress had been made. The brave Poles had more or less recaptured the parts of Poland lost to the Soviets. The Allied NATO nations more or less contained the Soviet pocket in the Romania region despite numerous attempts to break out.

Meanwhile in the Soviet far east crack American troops were advancing along the coast.

Barbarossa, take two, this time with 2 fronts!

Almost 3 months had passed since Operation Bismarck was launched. Supply lines were becoming stretched and Soviet reistence was increasing. Numerous battles were fought in the Moscow area while the Bundswehr had managed to surround Stalingrad. The Poles had managed to eliminate all Soviet divisions on their former territory.

Winter was approaching but the NATO forces were prepared and would spend the winter in captured towns and cities. All offensive operations would cease once the ground froze over. The goal of reaching the Sverdlosk region before winter may be a bridge to far. The general staf were concerned at a potential red army summer offensive as numerous units would arrive from the far east. The Americans were still advancing over there so hopefully they will be able to tie up some Red army units.

A large offensive involving around 15% of the total Bundswehr was launched at 4am near Stalingrad. A large amount of Red Army divisions tried to stem the onslaught.

After 14 hours of heavy fighting the Germans slowly advanced.

A salient forms. Future attacks will try and seal it and destroy the cut off Soviet divisions.

Success. Adavancing Bundswehr units encircle a large pocket of Red Army soldiers.

The last map looks like Hitler's dream for 1942

Kinda surrealistic actions from the US... giving away bazillions worth of weaponry, a huge brand new carrier group on top of it, to a nation just recently labeled the greatest source of evil on the planet and only recently defeated, to launch another Operation Barbarossa against a former ally who was crucial in defeating the said Host of Darkness. In the late 50's something like this could have been possible to sell to the public (when everyone was convinced the SU was even worse than the 3rd Reich had been) but in '44-46?

Well, makes an interresting AAR none the less.

The carrier group has hardly been used so far. The Amercans are spamming out large amounts ov level IX carriers. If it makes you feel better consider it Pattons plan to rearm the Wehrmacht and take down the Soviets. I still have the FRG save game from earlier on and I can try again without the American help in 49/50 which was the original plan.

you should upload save games from various points in the AAR to see how far the people on the forums can get and how fast the fastest person can conquer the soviets

How do you do that. I could upload the save game from June 22 and then you could invade the Soviets or not.
