fps issue

The latest game version has all updated drivers, playing the game on a custom map with all DLC, and the highest fps I get is maybe 60. I opened a premade prison and the fps in it shot up to 165 fps. In the custom prison with not even 100 characters, I start getting 2 fps but in premade even with 200 characters I get 150 fps easily. System - R7-5800H and RTX - 3060 with 16 GB of ram no background task. High GPU utilization but almost null CPU utilization in custom.

The problem is related to your anti virus. Exclude the game binaries, as well as the savegame directory in your anti virus configuration and the problem should be gone.
