Something must be wrong with the France AI. In all of my Revolutions games it's feeble and backwards, with only a few RR's and factories by even 1900.

Others have stated this as well and it's making me think that it's a bug :confused: .

EDIT: Perhaps France's AI hasn't been updated for Revolutions? At least for me it's a real game breaker...

Update on the situation.

I just conquered a state in France and have noticed that none of the capitalists have any money and most of the pop's are socialist. This indicates that maybe the French AI is still set to the old high taxation settings.

Any confirmations on this?
 
2nd GC. Now in the 20th century. Still no activity in France... :(
