note: because of stuff that happened in the past, our localisation folders both MAY have some old vanilla files (which are vestigial) as well as fully intentional edits (like prestige->authority), so try not to translate things that already have a french localisation (as that may have been a vanilla file )
(also, if you do encounter vanilla files, could you tell us what what they are? so that we could check if they are intentional and keep them, or relics from the past and remove them )
