I have this issue too. I have AMD CPU and Nvidia GPU. It just started tonight.
That's a different issue. Your game is crashing in eu4.exe and not in any graphics library. When does the game crash for you? While you are ingame and the game is paused or when the game is running on a random date or when the game is running on a specific date(for this particular campaign)?

We were playing multiplayer and I was host. It crashed like 3 times then my friend hosted and I crashed again. I played two different mp save to test and I crashed again. There is no particular time I think all of them were random. My computer has blue screen problems right now so I formatted my computer after I replied this post.I have a weekly saturday mp session. If this did not change anything I will make my own post too.

This might very well explain your eu4 crashes. Whatever made windows unstable could also make eu4 unstable.
I'm struggling with blue screen issues for a month now. Couldn't find a working fix too. I hope it fix after formatting.

This kind of crushing issue never happened during my "blue screen month". Probably downloading game again will fix it.

I've moved you into your own thread , as this is an unrelated issue.

Next time you get a BSoD , record the text on that screen for us please. And/or check them out in your Windows Event Viewer.

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here. IF dxdiag.txt fails to attach here, rename it to dxdiag.log , or zip it up.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/logs/ folder, attach here system.log
