Frequent Game Crashes on Steam Deck – Is This Normal?

I've had my Steam Deck for about a month now, and I'm starting to think it might be faulty. I'm experiencing a lot of crashes in games that others don't seem to have issues with. Jedi Fallen Order and Sunset Overdrive, for instance, crash at least once or twice per session.


I'm not sure if this is normal since I don't have anyone to compare experiences with. I would appreciate hearing about your experiences and whether you've encountered similar issues. Is my Steam Deck defective, or is this something that others have experienced too?

This is hardly the right place to help you with the Steam Deck. And neither of the games you've mentioned is by Paradox. You should instead go to Steam's/Valve's support.
