Fresh Install not start!

Hi,
after a long time I install PA...

But it doesnt start... I click play in the launcher and then a black window is showing and the music play. Then it freeze and nothing happen...

Try it multiple times with a second fresh install

Please try this:
- uninstall PA from Steam
- unsubscribe from all mods in this game's Steam Workshop

Delete the following folders if still present:
- ~/Library/⁨Application Support⁩/Steam/SteamApps/common/Prison Architect/
To find that folder, in Finder do cmd-shift-G to bring up the GOTO box. In there paste ~/Library/Application Support⁩/ .

- ⁨~/Library/⁨Application Support⁩/Prison Architect/
(except any valued save games in the /saves/ folder of course - move them elsewhere for the time being)

Now install PA again and see how that goes please!

If still a problem, attach a new debug.txt please.

I uninstall the game. I don't have mods.

I delete all folders with "prison" in there names.

I install the game and it don't run. Same as before - black window after launcher and nothing happen. When I click in the black window it freeze

When I start the game out of the folder without launcher, I see the black window for a few seconds and then it closed by itself.

I don't know what else could cause that, I am sorry. When you ran the game previously, was it on this computer, or some other one?

Make a new Windows user on this machine and log into it with that. Do you get the same problem?
