Dynokeg agreed to this deal in principle last Friday when we originally discussed it. There are no more stability issues for editing provinces at war than there are at peace. Considering the state of BB/austria at this juncture, editing one province is perfectly reasonable.

OK, I am very sorry to say but I have to quit this game.. after swiching jobs I just can't find time for a wife, job and EU... Friday evning is preaty much only evening I can do something with her so EU will have to give way... I did have great fun playing with you all and hope to drop in some time as a sub or something... have fun..
