My friend each time he loads into stellaris and logs into his account, 10-30 secs later his account has a error and dissconects, and he can no longer play multiplayer stellaris, can anyone explain/help explain how to fix the issue.

if this is on xbox, it may be the quick launch feature
force quit out of stellaris [maybe even load up some other game for a bit and play it], then save quit out of that and launch Stellaris to see if the issue persists
if it does, reach out to either Xbox support or Paradox support
