I've recently just bought a new laptop. When I launch EU4 it loads up but the screen is frozen and nothing moves. I can click on the menu and the sound effects fire as if I have clicked them but nothing happens. I have to click out of the game, then open it back up again (pressing alt and tab) and it has then moved onto the next screen but it is again frozen.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
