Summary

Full Map (f10) screenshot is not colouring in sea tiles on certain map modes

Description

I noticed that when taking a full map screenshot of the great powers map mode the sea tiles are not shown, which leads to any nation that is not coloured in blending with the sea. I decided to test other mapmodes just in case and the same issue occurs for many of them. I am almost certain it does not have to do with a map mode showing only a handful of nations as other maps that do that work as intended.

Below is a full list of the affected map modes:
Local Organisations
State Edicts
Dynastic
Parliament Seats
Federations
Trade Leagues
Great Powers
Local Autonomy
Trade Goods
Loot
Devastation
Razing
States and Territories
Great Projects

Some of the above mapmodes generate with everything but the relevant provinces coloured as wastelands, so you can only see the province shape (which in some cases makes it difficult to tell where the coloured provinces are)

I used a 11/11/1444 England save to test the screenshots, but have had the issue before in other runs and confirmed the issue with other players, so the nation selected or date the screenshot is taken should not affect the issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any save game
2. Select any of the affected mapmodes
3. Hit F10
4. Go to your screenshots folder (e.g. This PC\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\Screenshots) and find the map
