Because CK plays in the period before UE2 it looks like we'll see a Flanders that's if not military strong (14th century) is at least economically strong.. :)


And I can already see the Flemish Emperor in Byzantine getting wasted... :D

Seeing this area is covered by 9 provinces in EU2 I would guess 17 should be possible...
