[Functional Bug][PS4] Adding systems into the research queue doesn't work properly

2. 2.6.3
3. All available dlc and extensions on PS4 including the new one from 25.03.2021.
4. It start happening after the newest patch.
5. Steps to reproduce:
- start the game in any affected language
- build research ships
- use a research ship and examine a system, then add more systems into the queue
- observe the issue

Actual result:
Sometimes by using the 'square' button on a controller to add more sytems into the research/survey queue the game does not respond to the action. Normally by doing this the player has the option to choose between those tho actions but the window for it does not appear.

Expected result:
Please make sure both options appear every time when attempting to add more systems into the research/survey queue.

Additional information:
Please note that this is not happening every single time (reproduction rate 2/5)

By the way, in English you probably mean to say "system" (short from "star system"), and not "universe". I understand you play in Polish, this reply is meant to be helpful rather than critical; it may be worth editing your post and title to help English users find/understand your post better.
