Future Mods: New Naval Engineering

Well guys,beyond this first release and knowing that you will provide Items for the community modders,would be interesting;
A Naval Design Tool,not very complicated in its use,able to build 3D models+ implementing known powerplants,detection systems and weapontry.This way we could bring to life new vessels made from scratch.

We may make modding tools available at some point, yes.

It will not be able to "build 3D models", though! That is something for Maya/Max, or, if you are a masochist, Blender.
