Hi

Since I am New to the Forums, I can Explain an Issue i am having


I'm Experiencing an Issue with Placing Health Monitors & Tracking Monitors as they cannot be installed,

Was I Following the requirements for the tracking menu to work Properly or if there is a bug preventing me from Placing them

Any Assistance or Guidance Will be Very Much Apriciated

I get same problem, because of a mod. Deactivate all your mods and it will works

found out why. it was cuz of a cell fixxer mod.
