Game always says that jail cell isnt enclosed when it is

This probably isnt a bug but my stupidity but i couldnt find a better place to ask so here i am. So as you can see from the image below, i built some cells , and the game says its not surrounded by walls and doors when it is. I think i zoned and built the room correctly because if i go into quick build and select cell i get literally the same design but the game still says its not enclosed. If anyone knows if this is a bug or how to solve this problem please tell me, im a pretty new player and its really frustrating. Btw for me this happened both in chapter 4 of the campaign and in a custom prison and i arleady tried reloading both the save and the game with no effect. thanks for reading.

Is the space where the door and the wall is zoned as a Cell too? Try zoning just the 4x2 area inside, looks like you might have 5x2 zoned.
