Around Sol 140, all of my water and O2 producers and storage tanks simultaneously act as if they are not connected to the pipes. It's really confusing, they all look like they are working. If I click on one it will say "Warning" but indication as to what the problem is. The buildings also don't show stats about the rest of the grid as they normally do, just how much water or O2 they are individually producing. The resource tracker at the top shows my total storage capacity as if the tanks are still there, but shows no reserves or production for either O2 or water. So as you can imagine, everyone starts to die all over the map in a few hours since my O2 and water production and supply both drop to 0.

Right around the time people start to die, the game freezes and I must force close. It looks like the crash occurs when a autosave is happening, since a new autosave shows up the next time I launch the game, but I can't load it (presumably because I had to force close during the autosave). I can load into the previous autosave, but the pipes all fail like clockwork around the same time.

The second time I put in a whole bunch of redundancy into the system in case I missed some single point of failure, no luck. System has 1000 stored O2 and water one second, then 0 the next; no cuts in any lines.

Power remains solid throughout, only effects pipes it seems.
