Confirmed Game can't continue because charakter death/inheritance screen can't be closed

Game can't continue because charakter death/inheritance screen can't be closed

Description​

After my old character died the death screen/inheraitance screen didn't appear. This leads to the game being paused because the death screen isn't closed yet. Yet the death screen can't be found on the screen and only appears for a split second when reloading the game (but it can't be clicked). As it happened in Iron Man mode I don't know if reloading helps.

Steps to reproduce​

This happened to my on two different occasions (both in Iron Man mode). The first time my character died because of an accident on the high sea, the other times because of suicide. when dying naturally this issue didn't accur.
