Sorry for not getting to this earlier, I was off yesterday.

Yes it sounds like the save became corrupt, so making my regular 3 changes will not help that but may prevent future problems.

It could have been a bug or it could have been your system that caused the problem.

So get the latest version to help with bugs and follow the 3 things I recommend to help with system problems.
