Summary​

Game consistently crashes upon start up (PC Game Pass)

Description​

whenever i start the game it crashes, if i uninstall the game, and reinstall it crashes, the only thing ive been able to figure out is that is has somethign to do with my cloud save. if i play through a different gamepass account the game works fine. if i uninstall and reinstall when the game first loads up, i can stop the cloud sync and it usually (not 100%) works, until i try to exit to main menu or desktop and it tries to save it will crash again and wont load back up unless i reinstall and decline to sync again. also whenever i send the crash report it also fails to send.

ive been in contact with support already and they cant figure it out

open game, crash, uninstall, reinstall, decline cloud sync, exit in any way crash
