I can barely play the game now for some reason with a crashes every two months on a new save, but was smooth as butter before this started happening in like 2300

I had one report that killing the process game_dvr - something to do with the MS Game Bar - helped this game. If you see that in Task manager, try killing it.
Failing that, make a new Windows user on this machine. Log into it with that and go into Startup Apps. Disable everything there and reboot. Log in as that same new user and try the game then.

No that didn't work. I uninstalled xbox game services completely and still no luck. Also I don't have the option to make a new user and I have no start up apps enabled.
That's odd, because it doesn't seem to be a single user edition of Windows.
Without that test, I'm pretty much out of ideas on this one. Do you then have access to any other computer, to confirm your problem is confined to this one machine?
