My current save game in the mod keeps crashing on the first day of the next month. Is there any way to fix this? I managed to get past it once but have had no luck with the month after that.

That may be a similar crash that myself and some others seem to be experiencing. After my game reaches a certain date, it will crash every time the game attempts to save. Check to see if the date of the crash is the autosave date.
It wasn't an autosave date, I loaded an older save and managed to continue past in that date and just deleted the save that wasn't working.
