Game Crash problems

I had HoI2 (original)
When I try to load a game (this is after I picked a country) it comes to the loading screen and then crashes.

I bought the Anthology which I deleted the old copy and installed both HoI2 and HoI2: DD both of which experience the same problems

I run vista, but the game has worked fine before on it.

Are you getting an APP Crash error right after you go to the load screen?

I just started getting that two days ago on Vista, but have been playing HoI2 on Vista for about 3 months with no problem until now.

I still can't play it and no one seems to know what to do, Although I have seen enough of these threads to think someone from Paradox might want to look into it. It is a little dissapointing.
