game crash

I've got a big problem with my game - it crashes. Every time my king dies the game just shuts down. I've got 92 demenses and maybe that explains why. Well what should i do?

(I've got -3000 in piety so I can't have any vassals)

You need a later version 1.03A would be a good start or 1.03B if it is out by the time you read this.
