CPU Model: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1235U
Depending on what bios you have (ie who your MB maker is), you very likely have the CPU/bios/AVX2 issue discussed here:

First you need to contact your PC or motherboard vendor for their latest bios version and have it updated.

Depending on who they are, there may now be a setting in bios “Intel Baseline Profile” - just implement that and see how you go.
