Game crash

Hi there, I just got the game, installed the most recent patch (and beta, so it is 1.04 a) and the game seems to crash endlessly at save points (autosaves and manual saves)

It ruined 2 games already, and these crashes corrupt save files (i.e: I try to save a game, the game crash and if I touch the save name later in the menu, the game freeze).

Reinstall did not seems to work, so what should I do?

edit: btw, I play Byzantium in the Hastings campaign

Just to clarify:

The latest pactch is 1.04a and the betas are beyond that. If the game shows you to have 1.04a in the starting screen, it means that the beta patch hasn´t installed properly. Nobody else has reported massive crashing with the latest beta, I´m quite certain that a reinstall of the actual game, the 1.04a patch and the latest beta (in that order) will fix the issue.
