game crash

I have the Swedish 1.05b version installed on a PIII 700 128MB machine. The game used to crash once in a while, so I started to use the 'autosave' function. This helped for a while. Now....
I'm playing the full campaign. Have succeeded in making Sweden a WORLD power. Have put in LOADS of hours (I'm somewhere around year 1695)and.... i'm about to 'anex' Cyrenaica. Every time I push the 'anex' button the game crashes........

I love this game, but I think it's a shame that You guys (from what I've seen so far in the forum) publish a game with serious bugs in it.
