Game Crashed and Launcher Stopped Working

My game crashed on the latest patch and afterwards the PDX launcher stopped working. I tried to do clean install of a game and the problem was not fixed. I also tried to follow advice here, but none of it works.


When I try to launch the game through exe file (bypassing launcher) all my DLCs are disabled and cannot be activated.

yes I play with steam. No error. However, the new patch resolved my problem so its not an issue anymore.
