Game Crashes after a few seconds (Island Bound)

Hello, so I have this save that always crashes no matter what after like 5 seconds, it wont crash if I pause the game.
The issue seems to be this save since when I creat a new one it works perfectly
This save also works with Legacy launch option
Here are the mods I was using :
-additional staff sprites
-Instant Riot (the one from Sambot)
-Alternate armed guards mod

I hope I can find a way to fix this
