I bought a new laptop and after updating the drivers and windows 10 I started having this problem, other games, including Ck3 work fine. I´ve already tried to reinstall, delete the documents, verify and change the fullscreen compatibility. Any suggestions?

You are in the beta of the next patch I see
Application: Victoria 3
Version: 1.5.0
If you revert to 1.4.2 and do another clean reinstall, do you still get this?

There's nothing in dxdiag or error/log to point to anything outside the game in particular. Was there not an exceptions.log ?

What actual drivers did you update? You could try using the nVidia Control Panel to force victoria3.exe to use the "integrated AMD" video system in stead of the nVidia, which would test for that driver.

That said, we'd have more than one such report if the latest nVidia driver caused this to everyone!
