Game crashes at startup

everytime i open the game up within a few seconds after loading the menu up. it crashes the game. i cant even get to in game setting to lower graphics which i dont see why it would be that . because i can play most games at high settings with no issues. and that heavy graphic games like call of duty, overwatch, etc and i know its not my pc its just the game and its not even that graphics heavy

Has this game ever worked on this machine? Or never yet?

To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

AND DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

First time playing the game. didnt touch any settings because i cant in the first place it just kicks me off less than 10 seconds

No obvious cause of that problem in there. If you run a Steam Verify operation against the game does it find anything to fix?

Will it start in Safe mode okay?
