game crashes constantly

The game is crashing constantly to the point it has become unplayable for me past 1860.

I went through some troubleshooting tips, I uninstalled all mods, I deleted paradox documents files, I deleted the game and reinstalled, after reinstall i verified all game files successfully.

im kind of at a loss right now, the game is just quite litterally unplayable for me at the moment. Does any one have any solutions?

As there's no dxdiag.txt there we can't see what bios you have, but if it is an ASUS or MSI bios it is almost certainly the issue discussed here:

@jonatron5 The optimal fix for me has been around AVX offset, either in your motherboard BIOS or in the Intel XTU utility. I have a long post in the above thread which details the issues and what I did.

yes i can confirm i have a 13thgen intel chip.

i've also poked around and tried some of the troubleshooting steps like reducing the games refresh rate to 60-fps, and keeping game speed running at 4 or less.
and thats "helpful" but It still crashes fairly often

Then most likely your system is having troubles with stability when AVX kicks in. All those setup are just reducing pressure on the CPU to avoid a crash.
