game Crashes CPU

Cities Skyline crashes my CPU. when I build a Waste Plant early in the game,my Computer goes to black screen and I have to reboot my CPU and start it in safe mode

hmm, try and update the audio driver & graphic driver to latest version and see if the problem persists.

Also try to verify game cache in Steam.
