Game crashes on launch - Prison Architect

Game crashes on launch.
I run the game using the GOG Galaxy launcher
When I'm click play, the game starts but nothing appears and it turns off itself.

Win 10 64-bit
GOG Galaxy 2.0.33
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1035G1 CPU @ 1.00GHz, 1190 MHz
NVIDIA GeForce MX230

Please attach here the game log C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\debug.txt
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

AND DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

I am not affiliated with Paradox, but I do have to look at Debug.txt several times a day. The staff names file always generates an error but this...

I agree that looks wrong, and the fact the log ends there is suspicious.

Try deleting the file /data/staffnames.txt and run a verify in Galaxy to replace it.

@FullerBread2032 , the staffnames.txt is in main.dat, but you can unzip it with 7zip ( or think any archive application).

Well, you can just delete main.dat or even the folder it is in. Or maybe even a full clean reinstall of the whole game in Galaxy.
