game runs fine (few ctds), but everytime I quit the game, it hangs up for 3 or 4 minutes, then crashes to a black screen with a MS error stating that rome.exe has unexpectitly ended, do you want to send error report to Microsoft, or some such bother.
Then it goes to dekstop, and I need to run task manager to manual close rome.exe.

Any ideas?

It´s a bug in VV. It always crashes when you exit.

Quit using ALT+F4. That is a lot faster than using the exit game button. It still gives an error message, but the whole thing goes a lot faster.
