Game Crashes when forming Spain (both diplo and mil)

Description​

Playing as Castile i have a PU over Aragorn and when i click form Spain my game crashes. I tried to annex from console and then core all the provinces and clicking form Spain militarily crashes the game as well

Steps to reproduce​

1. Play as Castile
2. Be able to click "Form Spanish Nation Diplomatically"
3. Click it

or

1. Annex Aragorn
2. Core all the provinces
3. Click Form Spanish Nation Militarily
