Game crashes when loading a save file

Seems to start since i enabled transfers in the map settings
- i have no mods
- i can start new games

- i hear the bell ring, and then the game is gone..

I've added the debug file

I see no significant issue in that debug file. Was it taken just after this problem happened? Or after a successful run with another prison or with the game in safe mode?
