Game Crashes When Loading a Specific Character

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Every time I load a save with my current character, the game crashes, after the loading screen, before any of the map loads.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue


Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I can load saves with previous characters, or start a new character, but any of the 3 or 4 saves I have with my current character won't load. Things I have tried:
manual clean install,
whitelisting the game in the firewall,
turning off the firewall and ransomware protection,
verifying the game files,
turning off steam cloud saves,
turning off steam overlay,
deleting the saves and copying them from a different folder,
running as administrator,
launching the game directly from the .exe
unplugging controllers,
Updating drivers

The game was running just fine on Saturday, this problem started on Sunday.

Does this happen with a new save game?

Ensure you have Cloud Saving disabled as that can cause save gaem corruption

I doesn't happen with new saves. Cloud saving is already disabled.

I believe all 4 of these are experiencing the same issue. They should all be with the same character.

That crashes here too, so a clear bug. Sorry about that!

Please make a new thread in Bug Reports and attach one of those saves there for QA t look into.

Then put that campaign aside, and try it as you see new patches come out.
