Game crashes when trying to start new game

Hi, I just bought Imperator Rome yesterday with the new dlc. I tried to start the tutorial, but then the game crashes. I've tried several times with no success, and I've even reinstalled the game. I've been looking around for any solution to the problem, but they aren't clear enough. Please I need help.

I don't have Mac, but instead Windows.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/pdx_settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

Looks like you are having a problem with your video driver or card:

I suggest you uninstall the existing driver with this utility:

Reboot , then install the slightly later "beta" driver from here:

then reboot again

Your HD8400 video system is well below the power of the published minimum of the HD6970 I'm afraid. Aside from lowering graphics settings as much as you can stand, there's not much that can be done about that.
